Ad Content & Creative Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-26 (KST) · Effective: 2026-06-26
This Ad Content & Creative Policy (the "Policy") sets the standards for advertisements, creatives, landing pages and publisher sites on the SOUND.RADAR Ad Network, operated by TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd.. It applies to all advertisers and publishers and forms part of the Advertiser Agreement and Publisher Agreement, alongside our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Prohibited Ad Content
Advertisements and creatives must not contain, promote or link to:
- Malware and unsafe code — malware, drive-by downloads, cryptominers, auto-redirects, fingerprinting or any code that harms or deceives the device or user.
- Deceptive or clickbait — fake system/notification UI, fake close buttons, "you won" prompts, false urgency, misleading thumbnails, or creatives that imitate site content or editorial.
- Adult content — pornography, sexual services, or sexually explicit imagery.
- Hate and harassment — content that attacks or dehumanises based on protected characteristics, or that harasses or incites violence.
- Illegal goods/services — drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, hacking services, unlicensed gambling, or other unlawful offerings.
- IP infringement — creatives that infringe copyright, trademark, image, publicity or other rights, or imply false endorsement/affiliation.
- Fake or unsubstantiated claims — false charts/awards/press/certifications, miracle health/financial claims, guaranteed-returns, or other unverifiable assertions.
2. Publisher Site Quality Requirements
Sites carrying Network ads must:
- have original, substantive, navigable content and a working layout — no thin, auto-generated, scraped or placeholder pages;
- not host or promote the prohibited categories in Section 1;
- place ads in genuine, viewable slots — no hidden, stacked, overlaid, 1×1 or accidental-click placements (see Publisher Agreement §3);
- not solicit invalid or incentivized clicks, or encourage users to click ads;
- disclose advertising and comply with applicable advertising/consumer law.
3. Creative Review and Approval
3.1. We may review creatives, landing pages and sites before and during serving. Approval is discretionary and not an endorsement or a warranty of legality.
3.2. We may reject, pause, relabel or remove any creative, campaign, zone or site that violates this Policy, with or without notice.
4. Landing-Page Rules
4.1. Landing pages must match the creative, be functional, safe and non-deceptive, and not auto-download, trap the back button, or open unexpected pop-ups.
4.2. Landing pages must honour the same prohibitions in Section 1 and disclose required information (advertiser identity, terms, privacy) where applicable.
5. Enforcement
5.1. Violations may result in creative/campaign rejection, zone or site suspension, withholding of advertiser refunds or publisher payouts, account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of earnings tied to violations.
5.2. We are not obligated to disclose every ground for a decision, and costs already incurred may be excluded from refunds.
