2. Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary — required for login and security; the Service cannot function without them.
- Functional — remember preferences such as country or a selected artist.
- Analytics — measure unique and repeat visits in an anonymised way.
- Marketing — third-party retargeting/measurement pixels, only on links/campaigns where a Customer has enabled them.
3. Cookies We Set
SRSESS— strictly necessary; login session; expires at end of session.sr_cc— functional; caches your country for geo-routing; about 1 day.sr_vid— analytics; anonymous visitor ID for unique/repeat-visit counting; up to 1 year; not linked to your identity.- Artist-selection cookie — functional; remembers a chosen artist on multi-artist pages; about 7 days.
- Action-gate cookie — functional; records completion of a gate action; short-lived.
- Consent flag — strictly necessary; stores your cookie choice.
4. Third-Party Marketing Pixels
Where a Customer enables them on a specific link or campaign, third-party pixels — such as Meta, TikTok, Google (GA4/Ads/GTM), Kakao, Naver, LINE, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Microsoft or AdRoll — may set their own cookies under those providers' policies. These pixels are not site-wide; they operate only on links/campaigns where a Customer has turned them on. Where a server-side Conversions API (Meta/TikTok) is enabled, email is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission together with IP and user-agent for matching.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of third-party pixels via those providers' tools. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login.
