This page is a summary for visitors in the EU/UK. It supplements our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Subject Access Request guidance.

1. Your GDPR/UK GDPR Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

2. Legal Bases

We process personal data on the basis of consent (e.g. email opt-ins), performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g. security and analytics) and legal obligations.

3. Controllers and Processors

For our own use (e.g. Customer accounts) we act as controller. Where a Customer enters personal data of fans or business contacts, the Customer is controller and we act as processor under our DPA.

4. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EU/UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Cookies and Pixels

Marketing pixels operate only where a Customer enables them on a specific link or campaign. See our Cookie Policy.
