Subject Access Request

This page explains how to make a data-subject request to SOUND.RADAR, operated by TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd.. It supports our Privacy Policy.
1. Your Rights
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — erasure where no legal retention applies.
- Opt-out — withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link).
- Portability — where the GDPR applies, receive your data in a portable format.
- Restriction / Objection — restrict or object to certain processing.
2. How to Submit a Request
Email contact@taeon.one with your request and enough information for us to locate your data (e.g. the email address used, the relevant link or campaign). If your data was provided to us by a Customer (controller) — for example as a fan email, business contact or demo recipient — we may direct your request to that Customer or handle it on their instructions.
3. Identity Verification
To protect your data, we will verify your identity before acting on a request and may ask for additional information.
4. How We Handle Requests
We currently handle requests through a manual process. We provide available exports (such as analytics or email-list CSV exports) and extract other personal data as needed. We respond within the period required by applicable law (e.g. PDPA/GDPR timelines).
5. Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Singapore PDPC or your local data-protection authority.
