Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the SOUND.RADAR Terms of Service and applies to all Customers, Account Users, fans and visitors. It sets out conduct that is prohibited when using SOUND.RADAR, operated by TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd.. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. Chart Integrity
- SOUND.RADAR offers no monetary reward, cashback, reimbursement or points for purchases, and provides no such feature.
- You must not generate or encourage artificial, inaccurate, false or deceptive music consumption, purchases, downloads, streams, views, votes, follows, shares, comments, reviews, chart performance or engagement.
- Pre-save / pre-add is not supported as a matter of platform-authorisation policy.
- You must comply with the terms and counting rules of every store, platform, chart body and measurement body you target. You are solely responsible for any chart invalidation, sanction or account action resulting from your conduct.
2. Anti-Abuse and Anti-Manipulation
You must not:
- use bots, macros, automation, proxies, VPNs, emulators, bulk accounts or false identities to generate engagement;
- conduct or encourage proxy purchasing, proxy streaming, proxy downloading, repeated purchasing, refund-based purchasing, fake receipts, false participation records or fake fan activity;
- provide cash, points, cashback, reimbursement, consideration or economic benefits to fans in a manner designed to bypass platform rules or chart policies;
- use Service features for chart manipulation, fraud, false marketing, unfair competition or third-party harm.
3. Reward Gates and Receipt Verification
- Reward and receipt gates are for content access, fan verification, campaign-participation confirmation or community operations only. They must not be used for cash-equivalent rewards, purchase reimbursement, chart manipulation, platform-policy circumvention or unfair consumer inducement.
- You and your fans must not submit or encourage fake receipts, altered images, false purchase records, materials containing another person's personal data, non-music purchase materials, refund-intended purchases or unlawfully obtained materials.
- You must clearly disclose campaign benefits, eligibility, duration, restrictions, winner selection, prizes, taxes and responsibilities, and obtain appropriate consent for personal data submitted by fans.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- act unlawfully or fraudulently, or for phishing, spam, malware, hacking, account takeover, money laundering or sanctions evasion;
- infringe copyright, trademark, image rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, reputation, goodwill, trade secrets or other rights;
- publish false press releases, false chart claims, false certifications, false partnerships, false endorsements, impersonation or misleading consumer claims;
- publish or promote hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, child-exploitative, terrorist, extremist, illegal-gambling, illegal-drug, illegal-weapon, self-harm or otherwise harmful content;
- impersonate us, our employees, partners, customers or any third party.
5. Technical Abuse, API and Security
- Do not use bots, scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, vulnerability scanning, load testing, DDoS, access bypass or security attacks against the Service.
- Do not bypass or extract our or any Third-Party Platform's data, algorithms, source code, non-public APIs, security features or access controls.
- Keep API keys secret; do not expose them in public repositories, client-side code or public documentation. Do not overload APIs, bypass access controls, access unauthorised data, or violate the limits, scopes or quotas we specify.
- Do not circumvent demo watermarks, link expiry, password protection or access controls, and do not redistribute private demo or reward content without authorisation.
- Do not resell, rent, host, white-label, benchmark publicly, build a competing service or copy the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Platform Compliance
You must comply with the terms, advertising policies, fan-campaign policies, anti-manipulation policies, chart policies and brand guidelines of every store, platform, chart operator, social network and advertising network you use through the Service.
7. Enforcement
Where we suspect a violation of this AUP, the Terms, a Third-Party Platform policy or applicable law, we may — with or without prior notice — restrict, remove, suspend, hold or investigate relevant content, links, rewards, campaigns, data collection, API access, accounts or features, and may terminate the agreement. You are responsible for any platform enforcement, chart exclusion, sanction, claim or reputational harm resulting from your conduct.
