Payments & Refunds
Last updated: 2026-06-27 (KST) · Effective: 2026-06-24
These Payments, Refunds & Electronic Financial Transactions Terms explain how payments, refunds and electronic transactions work for paid features of TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we"). They supplement, and are read together with, our Terms of Service, Advertising Service Terms and Music Distribution Terms. Where those documents and these Terms address the same matter, the more specific order form, quotation or invoice controls for that transaction.
1. Scope
1.1. These Terms apply to paid features such as subscriptions, one-time orders, credits, campaigns, distribution fees and other charges presented in the interface, an order form, a quotation or an invoice.
2. Prices, Quotes and Taxes
2.1. Prices, billing cycles, included items and validity periods are those shown in the interface, order form, quotation or invoice.
2.2. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, withholding taxes, duties, currency-conversion costs, and bank or payment fees, for which you are responsible. Tax invoices and receipts are issued in accordance with applicable law and our policy.
3. Payment Methods and Processors
3.1. Payment may be made by the methods we make available, which may include card payment, bank transfer and prepaid credits.
3.2. Card and similar payments are processed by licensed third-party payment service providers. We do not operate as a bank, payment institution or electronic-financial-business operator, and full card numbers and equivalent sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms.
3.3. You must use an authorised payment method and ensure successful processing. We may withhold, restrict or suspend paid features on failure, delay, chargeback, dispute or non-payment.
4. Credits and Prepaid Balances
4.1. Credits, prepaid balances and promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown at purchase. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
5.1. You should confirm scope, schedule, price, refund eligibility and required materials before approving an order.
5.2. Once an order, campaign, distribution submission, custom work, external spend or third-party cost has started or been incurred at your request, refunds for that portion may be restricted, as further set out in the Terms of Service, Advertising Service Terms and Music Distribution Terms.
5.3. Consumer withdrawal rights. Where you are a consumer and applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or cancellation (including, for consumers in the Republic of Korea, the right of withdrawal under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), that mandatory right is preserved and takes priority over any restriction in these Terms. For digital content or services that have already begun to be supplied with your prior agreement, statutory exceptions to withdrawal may apply, and we will inform you where such an exception applies before you order.
5.4. Approved refunds are made by the method we determine among the original payment method, bank transfer or service credit. Payment-related fees (such as card, transfer, currency-conversion or processor fees) may be excluded from a refund except where the law provides otherwise.
6. Payment Errors and Corrections
6.1. If you believe a charge contains an error, contact us within a reasonable period at contact@taeon.one. We will review the transaction within the scope of the records available to us and the payment provider and, where an error is confirmed, correct it or adjust it in a subsequent billing period.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. We may suspend or restrict features in connection with chargebacks, suspected fraud or non-payment, and may pass on related costs where permitted by law.
8. Electronic Acceptance, Signatures and Records
8.1. You may accept these and related terms, place orders and enter agreements (including distribution agreements) by electronic means.
8.2. Electronic acceptance, electronic signatures and electronic records have legal effect to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Electronic Transactions Act of Singapore and, for users in the Republic of Korea, the Digital Signature Act and the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions. An electronic signature is not denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form.
8.3. To support the integrity and evidence of electronic agreements, we may record acceptance and signing information (such as the signer's identity input, time, and an integrity record of the agreement) and retain it for a reasonable period for evidentiary, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal-compliance purposes.
9. Currency and Cross-Border
9.1. Charges may be presented or settled in a stated currency. Currency conversion, cross-border, intermediary-bank and similar fees may apply and may be borne by you.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection, payment or refund rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, including the Republic of Korea; for consumers domiciled in Korea, the jurisdiction of the Korean court of the consumer's domicile is preserved as provided by applicable law.
