Reward Links & Promotions

This Reward Links & Promotions Policy explains how reward links, action gates, receipt verification and similar fan-engagement features of TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we") work, and — importantly — who is responsible to fans for them. It supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. The Customer Is the Promotion Organiser — Not the Company
1.1. Reward links and related features are tools that our customers (such as artists, labels, entertainment companies, agencies and other rights holders) use to engage their own fans.
1.2. The customer is the organiser and the sole party responsible to fans for any reward, benefit, content, promotion, event, prize or draw offered through these features — including its terms, eligibility, conduct, delivery, fulfilment, taxes and legal compliance.
1.3. The Company provides the technical tools only. The Company is not the provider, sponsor, organiser, guarantor or funder of any reward or prize, and is not a party to the promotion between the customer and its fans. Any reference to a brand, artist or campaign is for the customer's promotion, not ours.
2. Nature of Rewards — No Money, No Purchase Compensation
2.1. Rewards delivered through these features are typically access to digital content (such as an image, video, code or link).
2.2. The Service provides no cash, cashback, purchase reimbursement, points or other monetary reward. Reward and receipt features are for content access and fan verification only — never for purchase compensation, chart manipulation or circumventing any platform's policies (see Acceptable Use Policy).
3. The Customer's Obligations as Organiser
3.1. A customer running a reward, promotion or campaign must clearly and accurately disclose to fans, as applicable: the reward or benefit; eligibility and conditions; the period; how to participate; any selection or winner mechanics; prizes and their value; applicable taxes; and the identity of the organiser responsible.
3.2. The customer must comply with all laws and platform policies applicable to the promotion, including consumer-protection, advertising-disclosure, prize/sweepstakes and privacy laws (for example, in the Republic of Korea, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising and applicable prize-offering standards), and must obtain all necessary consents.
4. Sweepstakes, Prize Draws and 경품
4.1. If a customer uses these features to run a sweepstakes, prize draw or other prize promotion, the customer is the sole promotion sponsor and is solely responsible for its legality, rules, prize provision, taxes, winner selection and winner handling.
4.2. The Company does not operate, sponsor, fund, draw, award or guarantee any prize or sweepstakes, and is not responsible for a customer's promotion or any dispute between a customer and its fans about a reward or prize.
5. Receipt Verification
5.1. A customer may ask fans to submit proof of a purchase or action to unlock the customer's content. Any receipt or related information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.2. We do not guarantee that automated or manual verification is always accurate or complete, and verification does not create any purchase reimbursement or monetary entitlement.
6. Fan Participation
6.1. Fans participating in a reward or promotion must submit truthful materials and must not submit fake receipts, altered images, another person's personal data, or unlawfully obtained materials.
6.2. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value and are subject to the organising customer's terms.
6.3. For questions, claims or issues about a specific reward, prize or promotion, fans should contact the organising customer. We may, at our discretion, help route an enquiry but are not responsible for the customer's promotion.
7. Our Rights
7.1. We may review, limit, suspend, remove or hold reward links, gates, campaigns or content where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, false data, unlawful conduct, or a breach of these or related terms.
8. Responsibility and Disclaimers
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for a customer's rewards, prizes, promotions or representations, and the customer indemnifies the Company for claims arising from them, as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy limits a fan's mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available to fans under the law of their country of residence, including the Republic of Korea.
