Acceptable Sending Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-27 (KST) · Effective: 2026-06-24
This Acceptable Sending Policy governs the use of any messaging, outreach or PR features of TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we") that let a customer send email or other electronic messages to recipients through the Service ("Sending Features"). It forms part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. The Customer Is the Sender
1.1. When you use the Sending Features, you are the sender and the party responsible for the message, its recipients and its content. We provide the sending tools and infrastructure only and are not the author, sender of record or controller of your message content or recipient lists.
1.2. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient and for complying with all anti-spam, electronic-communications, privacy and consumer laws that apply to you and to your recipients.
2. Required Elements of Every Message
2.1. Each message you send must: accurately identify you as sender; use accurate header, "from" and routing information; include a valid reply path and your contact details; include a clear and working unsubscribe mechanism (and, for bulk messages, an unsubscribe header where supported); and carry any advertising label required by the recipient's jurisdiction.
2.2. You must promptly honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests and not message recipients who have opted out.
3. Prohibited Sending
3.1. You must not use the Sending Features to: send to purchased, rented, scraped or harvested address lists, or to addresses obtained without a lawful basis; use false, deceptive or misleading subject lines, headers or sender identities; send spam, chain messages, malware, phishing or fraudulent content; send unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful or otherwise prohibited content (see Acceptable Use Policy); evade unsubscribe requests, suppression lists or filtering; or send in a way that violates the anti-spam or electronic-communications laws of any applicable jurisdiction, including Singapore and the Republic of Korea.
4. Authentication, Volume and Deliverability
4.1. We may require domain authentication (such as SPF, DKIM or DMARC) before or while you send.
4.2. To protect shared infrastructure and recipients, we may queue, throttle, rate-limit, review or hold messages, and we are under no obligation to deliver any particular message.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
5.1. We may monitor sending metrics such as bounce, complaint, spam-trap and block-list signals.
5.2. We may suspend, limit, hold or terminate your access to the Sending Features, or a specific campaign, where we reasonably suspect spam, abuse, high complaint or bounce rates, block-listing, unlawful sending or a breach of this Policy — with or without prior notice where necessary to protect recipients, infrastructure or third parties.
6. Suppression and Records
6.1. We may maintain suppression lists and apply unsubscribe and complaint signals across the Service to protect recipients and deliverability.
6.2. We may retain sending, delivery, bounce and complaint records as needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your Responsibility and Indemnity
7.1. You are solely responsible for your recipient lists, consents, content and the consequences of your sending, and you indemnify the Company for claims, penalties, costs and damages arising from your use of the Sending Features, as further set out in the Terms of Service.
8. Reporting Abuse
8.1. Suspected spam or abuse of the Sending Features may be reported to contact@taeon.one.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory laws applicable to you or your recipients.
