Youth Protection

This Youth Protection Policy describes how TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we") protects minors in connection with the Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Our Commitment

1.1. We are committed to protecting children and young people and to limiting their exposure to content that may be harmful to them.

2. Account Eligibility

2.1. Accounts and paid business features of the Service are intended for businesses and professional users with legal capacity to contract; they are not intended for minors. Minors must not create business accounts.

3. Children's and Minors' Personal Data

3.1. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age at which consent of a legal representative is required under applicable law (for example, under 14 in the Republic of Korea). Where such data is collected, we obtain the consent of a legal representative where required, or delete the data.

3.2. If we become aware that we hold a minor's personal data without a required legal basis, we delete it within a reasonable period.

3.3. Customers must not use the Service to collect or process minors' personal data without the consent and legal basis required by applicable law.

4. Public, Fan-Facing Pages

4.1. Pages created by customers (such as smart links, artist pages, reward pages and campaigns) may be viewed by minors. The customer is responsible for ensuring its content, rewards and promotions are lawful and age-appropriate for its audience.

4.2. We restrict content that is illegal or harmful to minors as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, and may remove, restrict or refuse such content.

5. Measures Against Youth-Harmful Information

5.1. We take reasonable measures to limit youth-harmful content and advertising on the Service, to handle reports, and to act on content that is reported or detected as harmful to minors.

6. Youth Protection Officer

6.1. We designate a person responsible for youth protection. Reports and enquiries relating to youth protection may be sent to contact@taeon.one, and the responsible officer's details are available on request to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Reporting and Remedies

7.1. Anyone may report content believed to be harmful to minors, or a minor's account or data, to contact@taeon.one. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include restriction, removal or deletion.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and does not limit protections for minors available under the law of the user's country of residence, including the Republic of Korea.
